had twice a drop of my internet connectivity anyone else?

Today June 06th i have twice my internet connection dropped, when i check the Fizz router i see that like it is RESET and had to wait till everything is back. it is annoying as i working from Home and had to drop from VPN time to time and in a middle of a call. does anyone else experiencing the same? and Fizz support if you see this can you chime in. thanks

Hi Abderrahim,
Is it possible your home is losing electricity? Due to the extreme winds today, some customers are losing electricity only for a fraction of a second. It is enough to cause the Fizz modem to shutdown and reboot.6
