What’s wrong with the technical team that require close to one week to solve my problem?

Please chat with Fizz support and ask if you can have a temporary solution while they are working to complete the activation. Perhaps you can use a temporary number until the problem is resolved.3 -

That's not normal. Usually takes up to 24hrs. You should contact Fizz support using the chat box or submit a support ticket from your account3
