Is the SIM card available for purchase at Couche Tard?

If you order it online, it will take 2,3 days to receive it.8 -
It's a real question. A family member in Quebec City wants to sign-up for mobile.
I told him Fizz SIM cards are available at Couche-Tard, but we called one of the depanneur stores there and the clerk told us they don't have that. Upon checking the website, I see that only Montreal and Mtl Nord are listed (maybe because I am in Montreal).
He will need a SIM card within 5 days, because his current plan will expire. I am not even sure online ordering will arrive within a few days during this pandemic.6 -
I believe that Fizz uses Canada Post in Quebec City, and in this period I will expect a week delay, at least.
Some providers they refund the days that you did not use the system.7 -

We can only get sim by the website!
I think there only sim in Couche-Tard at MTL.

Before the COVID situation, usually is 1~2days. I have order 4 sim so far and got it on the next business day. I guess now probably a bit of delay due to COVID.1

I am in Montreal and it took less than 24 hours for me to receive my sim card. I believe it should take the same amount of time in Quebec city1
