I did not get my RJ45 cable?

My internet seems to have problems these days, i can't fully connect my devices and my wifi doesnt cover my small appartment. I tried getting my RJ45 cable to try and make it work better but it seems i didnt get one. Can you guys ship it? or do i need to buy one of my own?

You don't need a Fizz cable any RJ45 cable will do! If you don't have one laying around already ask around you surely a friend a yours has one that does nothing or go buy one it will be quicker since you never know the shipping delay these days!2

I would suggest that you test different channels, and separate the frequencies, that was my problem and after a few test I have full coverage when before it was a nightmare.1
