Hello, did you know if it's possible to Gift upgrade to another user ?

No you can only gift what you paid for in your plan. But, normally the upgrade should pass before the monthly plan so if you have 500mb of upgrade and you what to gift 500mb you will keep the upgrade and gist 500mb from what's left for your plan this month or what you have accumulated. I try to explain it the best I can I hope it's clear.
