How do I reactivate my account with the same phone number?

You want to reactivate an account or you want to transfer the number?
The transfer can take from 5 min to 2 hours
Insert the SIM to your phone and ask someone to call you4 -

To see your cell phone number on an Android Device:
Go to Parameters > System > About this phone >
And click on Sim Card State (Fizz)
You will see your phone number here.3 -
Hi Philippe,
To transfer your number from another provider, you will need to create a new mobile plan.
The old provider's account must be active at the time that you request the transfer.
You will know the transfer is complete when the old provider SIM stops working and the old provider account is closed. Also all calls and texts to your number will be transferred to the newly activated SIM.
BTW you can reuse an old Fizz SIM to activate a new mobile plan.4 -
Your best bet would be to ask a friend to call you on that number, it would be the easiest way that would guarantee the workings

Oh sorry for my first, i didn't read the question carrefully!
To answer your question, you can't re-activate a fizz account with the same phone number! Cause when a phone line is disabled, the number is disabled too and can be attribued to another person!
