Hi i've searched a bit and found out Fizz is using videotron cell towers (Correct me if i'm wrong). Could it use other providers towers, for example Bell towers? I'm currently with Bell and i'm looking to change my provider next month, my issue is that everyone who has videotron have a very bad connection in my house, with Bell currently I don't have any issue.

Yes you are right,
Fizz will use videotron signal if présent otherwise it will use the other providers
Therefore you will have the same issue at home11 -
Fizz doesn't only use Videotron cell towers, it can use any of Videotron's partners' networks. Basically depending on your area, it will usually select the "best" tower from Fizz, and if none are available it will switch to different ones. I think that it could use Bell's tower if required, but it will always use Fizz/Videotron's first.
.
But there is a way to manually select your network. If you are using an iPhone, go in Settings > Cellular > Network Selection > *turn off automatic*. However, you might only see Fizz and Fizz EXT (all different carrier are indicated as EXT) making it impossible to know which one is, it might be TELUS, ROGERS or BELL. One way will be to try out every single one of them until you get the best reception! Hope this helps!
EDIT as I can't reply anymore:
Oh I didn't know about it being roaming. Thx Mike for clearing it up!12 -
Fizz cellular connections use the best signal available at the location of your phone.
All cellular service companies are required to share théorie Network, respecting certain parameters by federal law.
You cannot do the same analysis when we talk about the residential internet.
Videotron offers cable connection that is different from the optical fiber that Bell offers.11 -
@Charles, @Emiliroy
Attention, the phone will privileges the Fizz signal, therefore, if you have a weak signal you will use it. If you force to use an other operator, you will be consider to be in roaming, and I do not think that you will put in automatic where you are exit you home, therefore, after 3 consecutive payment your account will be locked
Please read the service agreement, or this https://fizz.ca/en/faq/partner-networks
Moreover,
If you do not have the choice and you are geographically obliged to use the majority of your usage on our partner networks beyond the tolerated limits, we advise you to subscribe with the service provider who offers coverage in this area.
Therefore .....11 -
Your appreciation is correct Mike.
That's why I pointed out that the fereral la regulates it.
Thé largest percentage of the time of use should be done on the network of your service company.10 -
I agree with Mike. Probably, you can try new plan with Fizz for one month. If it is fine, then switch your current plan; and stop the trial plan. Otherwise, just stay with Bell. Or, just ask your friend who has Fizz plan to check.12

Bastien,
Mike is right
If your mobile usage is more than 50% on roaming (use of Fizz partners) more than 3 months, Fizz has the right to blocked your mobile plan.
Roaming must be used only occasionnally.
You can see it if you read your service agreement.9
