I would like to order a second SIM card for my business, to have 2 phone number, how does it work?

Remember Fizz is not suppose to be used for business, please read the service agreement.
You can buy from couche tard or online under your account
You can buy multiple SIM cards for yourself or your family in order to add new plans to your account.

- Go to your Overview in My Account
- Click on Add a Plan.
- Order a new SIM.
- Add your shipping address. This is the address where we will ship your SIM card. It may or may not be the same as your home address. Note that if you order additional SIM cards — for example, for a child or colleague — SIM cards will be delivered to your attention at the shipping address associated with your account.
- Choose your shipping method.
- Select a payment method and click Submit order to pay for your SIM card.
- ... When you receive your SIM card, add a new plan to your account.

Mike's answer is correct. You can purchase multiple sim cards and have multiple lines on 1 account for your family15

You just order two sims and activate them on the same account you will have two different plans with two different phone numbers.
one suggestion i would not use Fizz for business line because fizz is not 100% reliable for business needs12 -

First, you need to order a second sim card
and when you receive it, you just activate it and create your new second mobile plan.10 -
You must by order another sims card or buy it in “Couche Tard”. Then you must activate the new SIM card on the same account.
It’s possible ti have two different plans with different phone numbers and different cell phones.7
