Chat bubble doesn't show, can't send MMS, sent settings a few times, wrote'em manually, counter bits

Tried everything... what else can I do? Internet works, data is active. Please help

What type of phone do you have?
Check again the APN, in the specific the APN Type
APN type: default,mms,supl.
You can also try to reboot the phone sometime this helps13 -

Did more tests, my MMS is received fine by other Fizz user, not to other networks. What's going on?12

to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:

- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
