Self installation for home internet - Covid19

Hi everyone!
I just started with Fizz home internet and placed my order.
It was stated that because of Covid19, the modem will have to be self installation.
I just want to make sure that a technician will still come and do the job on the cable lines... since it's also a new construction so no one lived there before me.
They will drop the modem on the same day and I plug everything?

The technician will bring the modem and he also has to verify the signal from the cable.5

The technician will install all necessary cable if one did not exist before. he will hand you the modem for you to connect.8
