For "You asked your question to the support ?": I really have no idea how to contact "support". The Contact page indicates that there is an online chat function during office time. But I never saw the chat icon anywhere in Fizz web site any time.9 -
To talk to the support just click on this link and wait for the bubble chat. It will appear down right corner of the page after about 5 seconds. The are available from 8h am to 9 pm.

They are very easy to joint when you know how. In less than 30 seconds most of the time.10 -

In order to port out from Fizz one would need your account number.
So (while waiting for this eventual feature)
- protect your account number.
- protect your login ( have a complexed and long password )8 -
