Hello. The internet cable coming from outside of the house from the general line is falling, who can I contact to tense the cable?, fizz?

Will Videotron handle this problem if you call directly and we are not customer?
Since you are a Fizz customer, I believe Fizz support should be contacted and they will notify Videotron of the required work.6 -
For shure they will handle this trouble even if you don't have the service, ther cable have fallen in the street !6

When you see the workers working on the line be nice to them if they can fix the line for you! Mine was loose and looked like it could fall at any time or someone could yank it down, I asked if they could fix it or if I had to call bell they said call bell but it was a hot scorching day in the 30's and they looked like they would wilt any second so I brought them cold water bottles to drink....they fixed my line...4
