    Nabil,
Did you do speed test with an ethernet cable directly from your modem?
You are supposed to get more than your speed.
On wi-fi, it's normal to get speed test less fast.
Check with the Fizz support by chat from 8h00 to 21h00 each day.
First, connect you to your Fizz account.
    Then, types:
    https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
Wait a few seconds until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session with Fizz begins.

connect directly to your fizz modem with a wire, and no other devices connected, then go to fast.com to see what your speed is.
if you are not getting your correct speed then I would contact support.

Here no buffering problems even with 15 mb/s... Do the speed test first to see if your speed is ok! Make sure not to use your internet connection while doing the test.
Also, note that the buffering might be from the host site and not your connection...

Try a reboot of the router. It can resolve b simply doing this, Otherwise, if you contact the technician, the will ask you to do it if you didn't.
    Hope you find a solution.
Do remember, in peak hours it is hard on the bandwidth since everyone is doing so much streaming.
