Downstream light flashing?

It’s been several hours and the downstream light is still flashing.....
We did have a power outage last night , could there be a network issue?
My router is plugged in and everything, I followed the rest of the setup instructions word for word.

That means problem with the cable signal
Try to to disconnect the modem for 5 minutes

I had this problem 3 months ago and I solved it .
I did a rest of my modem.
The reset button is located back in the center of the modem.
With an needle insert in for about 15/20 seconds into the reset button and released it after.
Wait 3,4 minutes until all the lights are coming back.
You will see Easy coonect on the screen of your computer.
Then types twice your password.
If your internet connection is still problematic,
