What can I do? If the people that was to help me ask me to wait because she don’t know the schedule of the maintenance?

You cannot do much.
You must wait 20 hours to be able to reschedule
Fizz cannot do much, it is like teksavvy, ebox and the others
They put an order and "hope" the videotron technician is able to do the job.
This happens to my fried too, he took another appointment and the tech was there the second time.
The worst part was that the tech said nobody was home and my friend was there all the morning waiting.5 -

The support is in Romania and they don't in contact with the Videotron technicien. That's why you got that kind of answer.6
