My new Fizz line is not working

I just switched from Fido to Fizz but the phone line isn't working, i can't make any calls nor sms and i can't get any.

CONTACT FORM
You can also fill a contact form from your account Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.10 -
I did it 3 times and i removed my SIM and put it back again and still no signal7

Which phone are you using? The phone has to be unlocked and compatible with Fizz network.

I have LG ( G5 ), yes it is. I also contacted Fido and they told me it's unlocked on their side. There one thing, when i restarted my phone it asked a PIN for the SIM, but i don't have any PIN code.8

Did Fido give up the pin code to unlock your phone?
It sounds like you phone is still locked.8 -
They said it's unlocked, they didn't give me any code7

If you’re unable to get helpful information from that link from Fizz, I would, then recommend you contact fizz directly.

But, before you do that, did you activate your sim? (Just making sure)

Fizz should be able to provide you with the Sim Network Unlock Code as it’s their SIM card that’s in your phone. At least it should..

Your phone might still be locked to your old provider,( so Fido). It won’t hurt to double check with them, but that unlikely.

Hello Wassim, you need to get the unlock code from Fido.
They will not allowed to charge you for this code. They are mandated by crtc to give the unlock code to you for free.
Since you have LG G5, this phone is like 3 to 4 years old. Back then, Fido sold the phones locked to Fido. Seriously you need to contact Fido. You will need to provide them the IMEI number of your phone. You can get this by dialing *#06# on your locked phone.7 -

Your phone is still locked.
Call your previous provider;
He's obliged ( by the CRTC) to unlock your phone for free.7 -
