Why is my iPhone 11 not recognizing Fizz's sim card?

I have an iPhone 11 and I have recently switched to Fizz. My phone is not recognizing Fizz's sim card. I am pretty frustrated and I would like to have this issue resolved as soon as possible. I have tried restarting my phone and it still does not work.

I believe that your phone is locked, call your previous provider and ask the to unlock it
