I was with Fizz from the beginning when they were building their network. Going through all their ups and down, I was granted a special rate as a thank you but as long as I don't change plan. Well nobody here expected the apocalypse to come early and well with all my family using the internet at full capacity i find myself needing faster speeds. Can fizz help us out during "these times" and let me change my plane without penalty?

No, you cannot
If you make a change you are going to pay the current price.
Probably you can add a second line, probably it will be a best move, but probably fizz will not allow this on the same adresse, or you can activate to a friend appartement and use the modem in your6 -

at the moment fizz does not offer this option it was a special price with a condition that you do not change anything on the plan the price will stay the same.5

Try with this instructions, I tried now and I was able to have the chat bubble.
