Hey, ive refered a friend and Fizz has been telling me that I need to wait the next month. But I must be stuck in a loop cause I never get the referral bonus that they promise me...

Are you sure that your friend used the red light referral?
Did you received the confirmation?
Try with this instructions, I tried now and I was able to have the chat bubble.

- The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).

Your referral bonus towards a friend that joined should only be available after your friend's and/or your 2nd monthly payment to a mobile plan with FIZZ.

If it works at the first place your friends should have a notification text. I guess customer service can track back if it work.5
