Where is my Dinosaur badge?

Like many other threads, my Dinosaur badge is missing. Can't seem to find any way to contact support except on here?

Try with this instructions, I tried now and I was able to have the chat bubble.

- Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues, if you are not connect login
- The business hours: every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
- Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.

If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for our answers surpasses our processing capacity. If that happens, send us a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.15 -

You need for your Dinosaur badge to ask for it to the Fizz support.
You can chat with Fizz team from 8h00 to 21h00, each day.
First, connect you to your Fizz account
Then, open a second window and types this adress:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session is beginning with Fizz.16 -
Unfortunately the Dinosaures badges do not unlock automatically for now, you have to request it ,
Just follow Mike and MichelP instructions, that is easy and fast ;-)16 -

I contacted the fizz customer service, they opened a ticket for me and unlocked the badge. It took a couple of days to get the confirmation email that it was all set. Thanks for being part of the community!10 -
There's some bugs sometime. Just ask Fizz customer service via mensenger.5
