What mobile plan do you have? Canada Coverage? or Quebec coverage?
Good news!
Ottawa is located in the green subscription zone of Fizz with the Quebec coverage.
For your work in Ottawa, it's not a problem.
Please, activate the roaming on your phone (Fizz ext)..
Fizz is has only pre-paid plans, you wont pay more for roaming.
Outside this area of Ottawa depending of your Quebec coverage plan

Preferably, it's better to get the Canada Coverage
if you want be covered everywhere in Ontario.

iF your coverage is Quebec then you activate roaming else no
