Have you done a speed test directly with a cable ethernet from your computer?
Does your connection has been splitted to another câble?
It's not normal.

yeah im paying for 120mbps and at max i get 51mbps it the fizz router it the problem even my xbox on 5G speed test say 99mbps but at max i get 46-52mbps cap constant download speed i have test it internet to fizz router 142mbps from fizz router 2.4G or 5G will deliver 51mbps cable or wifi get no change it like the router can handler pass haft the power before i was with ebox cap 30mbps and at max i was rocking 35mbps if im not wrong at 200mbps fizz router should give me 120mbps10
