Is the signal(réseau) outside Quebec will still be good if we choose a Canada phone plan?

Yes, since it will use other providers such rogers, in Quebec Fizz try to use Videotron towers.
I used in other Canadian provinces and US without problems
Fizz has a rule that a plan cannot be used in the partner network for more that 50% in 3 consecutive months21 -
Yuxin,
Yes the signal will be normally good.
Outside Quebec, it will be the Fizz's partners zone (Telus, Bell,Rogers).
The service is supposed to be as good as in the Fizz zone.
Dont forget to not depass the usage of your phone more than 50% in this partner's zone duraing more than 3 months or Fizz can cancel your plan.17 -
It will use the towers of other provider, therefore, it will be good19

I have been outside city centres (Outside Gatineau and Ottawa), and I found the transition to partner networks seamless and it did not seem to affect speeds. I was a little worried at first that it wouldn't work well, but I was pleasantly surprised.10

Signal is good all over Canada, sometimes calls are dropped when signal is jumping from one tower to another while driving outside Quebec, just make sure that roaming is turned on and your APN settings are correct.10
