Referral bonus going to de-activated phone line?

When I first joined Fizz (late-2018) I got a new number to test out the service and over that time I accumulated some referrals. Later on I ported in my main number and deactivated the first line, after deactivating that line I got a few more referrals. How can my referral bonuses be applied to my current line? In my profile, even my new referrals are attached the phone # I de-activated.

Not sure that someone from the forum will be able to help you. In my opinion you should contact the support team and explain them the situation.6

On my opinion the referral must be attached to the account and not to the plan.
The referral is associated to the account, you do not find it under the plan.
You still have an account therefore you should be able to get them, however, Fizz must change the referral or remove it.6 -
It depends on the referal code those person used : you're suppose to have a new referal code with your new account and I don't think taht you can transfert your referal bonus. Sorry5

@Mike Thanks Mike I ended up chatting with them again. In the end they advised making a complaint through the "contact us" section under the account. I also agree that these referrals should be attached to the "account" and not the "plan"6
