Voicemail doesn't work

I press on 1 and keep my finger there like they ask. It opens the voicemail and hangs up automaticaly .

Try to call the number directly 1-514-647-0999
If it helps you need to see the phone’s configuration

Hi , it may be that your phone is not compatible with the Fizz network. Did you check if that phone is compatible? https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices
If not, best bet would be to contact support - ive had the best and quickest responses on Facebook. Hope this helps3 -
Also, just to add, try to restart your phone and see if that fixes the problem3
