The best way to do so, it is to protect you web account and do not give your phone to someone else
in order to port your number they need your IMEI AND/OR your contact number more that your full name11 -

Keep safe of all your personal informations about your account and your phone.6 -
Protect yourself by using a password manager. This allows you to have very difficult passwords, and each website password is different. If one is somehow compromised, all your other accounts are still safe.8
