since last week my cellphone sometimes lost service, sometime service come back,

If you're in a building , yes it's common.
If you're on street and see it, it's better check your phone . Some phone has bad signal.8 -
Try restarting or updating your cell.10

Where does this happen? Outdoors, indoors, subway? I find that sometimes I lose service when there are many people around. I'm guessing the cell tower becomes saturated.9

Did you have this problem on your mobile phone before you where with Fizz? If a phone restart/cold boot does not address the issue then it's most likely cell tower coverage or signal distortion caused by various sources, especially in urban areas.

Hi Yi, sorry to hear that. How often does this occur? It may also have to do with your geographical location. Sometimes, away from big cities, antennas can be out of reach and the signal can be flaky. This will happen with all providers using the same antennas infrastructure.5

Sometimes when you lose connection (like taking the subway or train passing in tunnel), the phone can't reaquire connection. I try going on airplane mode and taking it off. it helps. Or else restart your phone4

That ain't good. Try reporting this to customer support to, it's good to mention it on here to get visibility on it, but you can do even more by contacting them.4

Thanks for so many friends want to help me.
Each time when I want to use my cell at my home I found there is no service since last week. I could remember same thing happened one years ago, last time i could not use my cell for about three weeks,after, my phone works good till now.
Currently at my home , text message always fail to be send even when Fizz is shows on my phone (signal not strong it is about 2 of 5)
I try restart phone ,it is no help.4 -
I rarely have reception issues, just the usual area, inside buildings and remote area. In fact my reception is much better than my last provider. With the previous on I wasn’t able to use inside my apartment. Since I switched to fizz, I can.4

Probably a dead zone, happens with every carrier unfortunately.1

Make sure your APN settings is set to automatically.
Maybe it s set to manual and your catching the wrong signal
