Visual Voicemail disponibility

On this support page from the Apple web site it says that the visual voicemail is available with fizz but I'm not able to use it. Did someone managa to activate it ?

    I would visual voice mail, maybe then I would look at my messages. I’m too lazy to check.

    I asked late last month and they told me they are working on it, but have no estimated date. They said they want to launch it as smoothly as possible so prep time will take a while.

    The other uncertainty is if we will have to pay extra. I already pay for Voicemail, so not sure if I will pay more for Visual Voicemail and what incidence that will have on my stabilisation prices...
