How do you move up? I’ve been at 1/5 Apprentice for a month and somewhat active.

Cant seem to move up from 1/5 Apprentice. I answer question, give and have received kudos.

Other members have posted the same problem! Maybe you should try to communicate with Fizz by messenger to have an explanation if you don’t go up at the end of this month.Good luck with this issue!9

It depend... For some of us there is a bug with that. I'm stuck apprentice 1/5.
On another account that was created at the same time and that was just use a few times here with about 500pts, after a month it went to apprentice 2/5.
My account that I use that has over 10000 pts is stuck at apprenti 1/5.
I chatted with the support and it's a known problem. I've been told that they are "investigating that issue".
If you don't go up after a month, I suggest you do the same. The more we are to bring it up, maybe they will move on that faster.
