MichelP is talking about "upgrades" not "perks". Perks, you have 30 days to use them.
But, if I'm right, and you activate a perk lets say the 15th day of your cycle, than if it really is 30 days, it should rollover to your next cycle for the remaining 15 days.
I will be able to confirm this in a few days since I have a perk activated right now that still have many days left and my cycle ends in 3 days.
Maybe someone else can give you the answer for now.6 -
