no outcall , what can i do ?

Due to no credit card update my account was canceled last night . I made the update this morning and i paid the bill. I received the fizz message telling me that every thing ok. Now i have incoming call and internet data on my iPhone but no outcall . I realy need my phone . What can i do ? Please help

You can initiate a chat session with Fizz by openinng a help page ( example https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do ). You'll se a bubble chat at the bottom right corner in about 15 seconds6

Try resetting the network by going into airplane mode for 30 seconds7

Reboot your phone and try again.
What plan do you have? Try manually dialing some local numbers to see if those work.
