Caller ID spoofing is way too easy and the scammers are now using real phone numbers. We can't do much to protect ourselves sadly since it requires something to be done by those providing us phone services.

See this section
Caller ID authentication and verification measure We asked telecommunications service providers to implement, by September 2020, the STIR/SHAKEN framework which is a caller ID authentication and verification measure. It aims to certify the extent to which a given caller’s identity can be trusted. This will empower Canadians to determine which calls are authenticated, thus reducing the frequency and impact of caller ID spoofing on consumers.

Unfortunately caller ID spoofing is very common, and there isn't much you or Fizz can do about it right now.
@T and @MT provided some good resources. The best thing to do is to protect yourself by being alert and aware of the fraud risks and types, and protect others by educating them.
Note that it does not mean that anyone used your account or number. The scammers just make the caller ID show a number of their choosing, which in this case happened to be yours.
However, be aware that there is such a thing as port-out scam, so be vigilant in protecting your personal information and keep track of any unusual activity in any of your accounts. https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/saskatoon/family-farm-port-out-scam-1.54435807 -
Not too much you can do. Many spamming calls every week. Just hangup .2

Did you try looking up your number to see if it showed up anywhere not recommendable? If it keeps going, as much as it's a pain, I'd look into changing it. Can never be too careful.1

Caller ID spoofing is very common these days. Maybe should you read this page on the CRTC's website for more information about that: https://crtc.gc.ca/eng/phone/telemarketing/identit.htm3
