I remember the last bug,
Phone line cut suddenly after 3 beeps.

Fizz is great so far for me. I like its reward system. Now I got free 500m data upgrade every month. It's amazing as a light user. Only 24 months though10

Yes, except 2 known outages last year, so far, Fizz is most reliable that my previous provider (Fido). And the prices are amazing!4

my only time i had to contact support was that i had a badge missing on my account.
