Usually this is the problem with the band steering, the two band having the same ssid.
you need to deactivate it
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-wi-fi-network-cutting-how-do-i-fix-itThe modification of this option is possible thanks to the mobile application Fizz Wi-Fi:
- Choose: ''My Wi-Fi''
- Select your Wi-Fi network
- Select: ''Advanced Settings''
- Band Steering ''On/Off''
The Fizz Wi-Fi app is available for free at various online stores (Apple Store and Google Play Store).
This change can also be applied through the Wi-Fi modem user interface:
1. Log in at: 192.168.0.1 from the web browser of any device.
2. Log in using the following information:
Username: cusadmin
Password: xxxxxxxx (Password you chose during initial setup)
3. Go to the next section to apply changes:Wireless → General Settings → 5GHz → Band Steering (Disable)
4 - Choose: ''My Wi-Fi''

Try rebooting the printer. Sometimes it is needed for it to get recognized on a changed network.
Aside from that, did you check the basics such as if it is connected to the wifi, and if it got an IP?4 -

First you need connect printer by either USB cable, or wired connection. And you run Epson utility to configure printer (downloadable from epson website). And you can configure it .
If you need help, go to youtube and find some tutorial.0
