The shortcode does not seem to work.

Fizz is Vidéotron network. But maybe it's different.
Please chat with an employee to figure this out.

Is it the first time, you use this short-code?
I'm not sure that Fizz has fixed all the short-code.

This must be specific to your phone. Do you have unlimited texting? I use 560-560 everyday with Fizz and have never had an issue.

Okay, it is weird I suppose it comes from their system and not from fizz, because I can get response for some bus stops, while other I don't (ironically the ones I use lol).
