I no longer wish to join Fizz; can i return my unused SIM card and get a refund?

    You cant ask for a refund from Fizz.
    Maybe, you can sell it to someone on the web (Kiijii).

    You can always try to refer someone and then give them that SIM maybe ? Ask Fizz if it's feasible.

    I successfully got refunded for the SIM card I ordered (july 2019). I said that I was not ready to lose my plan with Koodo and was worried watching the users complaining about the cellular service on this forum. Didn't have to send the card back.

    I got the refund as a credit on my residential internet thought, so maybe the requirement was to also have internet with Fizz on the same account, or just being lucky the representative was in a good mood lol
