Not able to apply a bonus to my internet plan
There seems to be a bug in applying a bonus to my internet plan. Few weeks ago I applied $2 discount and it says it will be applied on 01.09.2020 and it's still marked as pending. Today I wanted to apply a new bonus ($1 discount) cuz I reached a new level and I wasn't able to cuz it says I need to wait till 01.09.2020. My new billing cycle for internet starts tomorrow. Anyone had the same issue?

You cannot apply bonus in the 48 hours before the new billing cycle, since your plan cannot be modified in the 48 hours
Pending activation: you chose to activate this upgrade, and it’ll be applied to your plan come your next payment cycle (and will, at that time, show the “active” status).10 -
The one showing pending is normal. it remains pending until the bill takes effect (meaning its not applied mid month). after your next bill it will change status from pending to active and have been applied to your bill

OK, I understand I can't apply it 48h before a new cycle but why does it says 01.09.2020? The same for the 1st bonus I applied and remains pending.
It says: This upgrade will be activated on the Home Internet plan on 01.09.2020.6 -
When you apply a bonus, it becomes effective on your next payment cycle. However, you cannot add bonuses/change your plan 48 hours or less before the next bill. In that case, you’ll have to wait for the next cycle7

Yes Andrej, it will become "active" on your upcoming bill, it stays pending until the next billing in your case tomorrow.8

The 9th of january is tomorrow, and tomorrow the status will change and you can apply the new rewards.6 -

You cannot apply bonus in the 48 hours before your new billing cycle.
Do it after the renewal of your plan.
It will work and be active the new cycle of your billing cycle.7 -
It will applied on the first day of your cycle, so probably tomorrow as the date you gave us in your post.7
