To contact the support you need to go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us, Fizz push you to find your solution, therefore, you need to search in the solution hub to your solution and only after 10 seconds that you are in a solution page Fizz will give you the chat bubble.

Then, type this adress: https://fizz.ca/en/solutions
Wait until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it. click on it.
Your chat session with them is on.

A bubble will appear after 5-7 sec bottom right corner.

If you have time, the best way is by chat because they respond more quickly. If you don't, facebook messenger is best because you just write to them there and you don't need to wait around.
