My account got wiped clean as if im not subscribed,any1 experience this issue?i have 0 unli text 0 u

Anybody experienced there accounts reset.mine got 0 calls 0 text and 0 data even if i subscribed to all with 10GB per month

    I had same issue, with all data lost. Sent a message to Fizz, and less than an hour later the account shows my data back to normal. From other people's comments, looks like a generalized short term failure of the account reporting.

    Fizz had some problems yesterday, but right now everything should be back to normal

    Thoses dysplays are supposed to be solves since yesterday.
    Please, open a new session and see what 's going on now..
    I hope, all is solved.

    Thanks for the update guys.my account is back to normal.hopefully anybody who experienced the same issue is resolved as well
