Are you on a Fizz EXT network ??
If this is the case you will have to configure your access point ( APN ) correctly, this is the most common problem.

Even on the regular fizz network you can have problems with wrong APN config so I still suggest you verify the configuration.

Felix is correct
The APN likely needs to be corrected or entered
It sometimes autedetects as Videotron
This usually works but can cause issues, especially on Fizz-EXT

Communicate with them by messenger, that’s what works best for me.Good luck!9

What type of phone do you have, Android's setting is different than iPhones
For Android phones here is the APN Settings, Start a new one if you can, save at the end and reboot your phone, if you have iPhone let us know for further help.
