Fizz Mobile Videotron APN?
I changed my Android cell phone Today, inserted sim card in new phone, started phone, checking APN settings, it shows Videotron APN?
Got an error message when asked to resend APN to my mobile from my account settings page.
Tried to add a new APN. manually insert values as listed on fizz APN setup page, hit save, the phone goes back to Videotron's APN settings???
I re checked the spelling twice everything as it should be, any suggestions?
The phone is working i made a whatsapp call sent and received a text message.

Very strange, can you try to add a second entry save and after select as default12

It saves both Videotron and Fizz, there is a third one which has no entries, i deleted it, when i go back it's on Videotron's APN
I'm running android 9
My old phone was android 6.0.110 -

From your list of APN's
Make sure the selected one is the Fizz one.
The selected one will have a dot in the radio button.
If you have been doing this and it goes back to Videotron.
Double check that there are no spelling mistakes in the Fizz APN settings.12 -
I checked the spelling half a dozen times, i hit the radio button corresponding to Fizz i reboot it goes back ti Videotron setting?
I rebooted the bloody thing half a dozen times since 8:00 a.m.
To my limited knowledge, there is an additional entery that is missing not advertised on Fizz APN settings page.9 -

Mobile virtual network operator value: 55
Bearer LTE value was default
Network operator type was Default
Now there is only one APN settings the Videotron APN disappeared.
Maybe somebody at Fizz team should look into this!!!14 -
Actually, with my phone, when I activated the APN, it is written "Videotron". Nowhere is Fizz appearing. My cellular works fine 100%.

Well Samantha i added the 2 values, as Jimmy mentioned Videotron APN was working, i was able to make phone calls on whatsapp! The funny part is if i want to add Videotron APN on the list it will Not save.9
