I have problem in the line call can't connect When the call is connected, there's something wrong in the line I cannot hear the person. plzz help

If you don’t get a solution to your problem,Communicate with Fizz,that’s what works best for me.
But I don’t think it’s a problem with Fizz but probably with your phone.Try to reset it.5 -

Have you tried to turn off your phone and re-open it?
Active airplane mode on your phone 20 seconds or put your sim card in another phone to test it?
Do you have a compatible phone for the network of Fizz?
If nothing change, contact the support for help on line.
The Fizz chat service is available to 8h00 to 21h00.
First, access online to your account.
Then, type:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
Wait some minutes until you see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, Click on it.
You chat session with Fizz is on.10 -

Does this happen to ONE particular line? Or to anyone you call?

@Shahid, you must try with an other mobile phone, take the SIM and insert in a friend phone to test it.

You can also try with a bluetooth device or similar, to see that the problem is not coming from your speaker.

It can be a problem with your phone, hardware can have problems.5 -
