Can a Mobile referential code be used on an internet Plan for new member?

My parents want to exchange internet at home. They are not current member of Fizz. If they only take the internet Plan without the Mobile plan, can they still use my referential code? I only have a Mobile Plan.

Yes they can. The only requirement to be eligible for referral is to be a new customer. That's $35 for each of you.

Yes, they can take your referral code of 35$.
It's for new Fizz customers only.
It's the only condition to apply it.
You, and them will receive this credit (if this code is applied before January 15th)
after the second payment of their plan.10
