Can I transfer my Phone number with area code not Ontario or Quebec but the provider is Rogers in Ottawa?

You cannot transfert a phone number with an area code from elsewhere than the one use by Fizz in Quebec with exception for the 613.

Since fizz cover canada, I think you can keep the same phone number with the same area code. You may want to validate that with Fizz by contacting them directly.

The number you want to use with Fizz has to belong to their subscription area.

So only area codes within Quebec province and greater Ottawa area can be used.

Check the subscription area here, it is highlighted in green:

If the area code is outside the subscription area, then Fizz cannot provide a phone number with that area code.

Messa,
You'll be able to transfert your mobile plan to Fizz if you're regional code is 613. If yes, your transfert is available without any problem.
You must take in your plan at least :Canada Coverage.
If you want save 35$ (available until 15-01-2020) i give you my referral code: YJRSP.
Order a sim card first and when you will activate your sim card and your new plan,
Apply this referral code at this moment
And you and me will get a rebate of 35$ after the second payment of your plan.
