I want to give my mom a cell phone. She does not have an email. I would like to add her on my plan. Will she have her name on the phone line or my name will appear when she calls?

Only a phone number will show up on a call ( no name will be shown )
As each of you will have a different sim card, a phone number associated with a sim card will be shown.
So you should be ok even though only 1 name is allowed for an account7 -

It's my opinion, MT has the good answer for you. If you accept to add your mother into your account, you will see only a telephone number.7 -
I did not read it correctly the first time, Fizz does not send a caller id name, therefore, it is not an issue7

As mentioned, the name is not an issue for caller id.
