It's been 3 days after activation of my SIM card and Mobile Plan, still have no access to the calls?

It's been three (3) days that my sim card was activated and paid my monthly Mobile Plan, I still can't make any calls or use my data. How long do I have to wait? I also request for a refund during the waiting period?

    It should work now, it takes few hours at most. Try restarting your phone, and put into plane mode for a few seconds. During that time, you can verify if your phone model is compatible with Fizz Network. If it’s still not working after that, contact the support team, they are easy to join by messenger!

    try the steps outlined by Lucas
    if that still does not work
    try re-inserting the sim card
    while making sure its facing the correct direction
