You need to order a new one, once you activate the SIM, you'll have to contact Fizz support to request $10 refund for the first SIM card that you did not receive it
If you need a referral code, this is mine 5JATM. You will receive 35$ after 2 months, no bad.
ps: The referral is valid when you create your plan.

We are simply users here. You will need to contact Fizz support. I would also suggest getting in contact with Canada Post to see if they really did deliver it to you (sometimes I find they say it arrived but doesn't arrive for a few more days). Good luck!4

Unfortunately, you'll be obliged to order a new one sim card.
When you will receive it. Please contact the Fizz customer service first and explain you did order a second sim card because you did net receive the first time. Ask for a credit
