Home phone landline transfer is it possible?

I want to refer someone who has a Videotron home landline. The phone was transferred from Bell to Videotron years ago. The phone number was created in 1995. Can it be used as a mobile Fizz number?

Not at the moment, you should transfer to a mobile provider that support the land line transfer and after transfer to Fizz
Number transfers that are not currently offered.
It is currently impossible for us to transfer phone numbers that are associated with landlines and VOIP.

you can do it, but not directly:
you need to switch your landline to videotron mobile, and then port it to fizz.

You can do it.
But first, you need to switch your landline to videotron or an other mobile provider and then after, port it to FIZZ.3 -
Not for the moment but follow the Mike suggestion.3
