I can't anter my password for my voice mail the phone hang done don't let me enter the password

Try one by one those 3 solutions who solve a lot of problem
.
* Restart your phone
* Try enabling air plane mode for 30 seconds then disable
* Take out your SIM and insert it again5 -
do you have your voicemail included in your plan?
if you do, you need to set it up for the first time, with the code provided in text message, otherwise, you can reset your password from "manage my account - advanced options"5 -
Reboot your phone. Reinsert Sim card.
Try to.manage it via fizz.ca, in yoir mobile accounts and settings.4 -
