What do you mean? Reset the PIN?
Under: My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Parameters > PIN to Access Your Voicemail
When doing the change/reset please make sure:
you are not writing the last 4 digits of your mobile number
4 consecutive numbers like 1234 or the same number like 00006 -

You can change the voicemail pin by going to My plans - Manage plan- Advanced parameters. When doing the change/reset please make sure you are not writing the last 4 digits of your mobile number, 4 consecutive numbers like 1234 or the same number like 0000. For more about this, please also check:
